Return Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 days to request a return for your item. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria, such as those in blister packs or that are deemed unsellable, will not be accepted for return. Special order items cannot be returned. Opened and unsealed products may only be returned if they are defective. Units requiring service, either under warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the manufacturer. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@ragracellc.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns that are not requested in advance will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that our distributors are responsible for issuing refunds for returned products. They will determine the condition of the original packaging and the viability of restocking the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from your original purchase price. All shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with proof of your order, a description of the issue, and clear pictures of the items received. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
