📅 30-Day Window: If you think about returning an item, please do so within 30 days of delivery. After this time, we sadly can't accept returns.
✨ Condition Matters: We hope you understand, but for an item to be returned, it should be in the same sparkling condition you received it in: unworn, unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. For items that come in blister packs or that don't look like they can be resold, we might not be able to accept the return. Special order items are unique, so we can't accept them back. And if you've opened a product, we can only take it back if there's something wrong with it. If your product needs a fix and it's under warranty (or not), kindly reach out to the manufacturer.
