US Domestic Shipping Policy

Please Note: All orders placed before 2 PM EST, should be processed and shipped out the same day. Hazmat can only be shipped to the main 48 US states.

We offer US domestic flat rates using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The rates are applied:

  • $9.95 (Best Way)
  • $11.95 (Best Ground)
  • $19.95 (2nd Day)
  • $49.95 (Overnight)

We also offer calculated shipping based on weight and size. If a complete shipment has multiple items, you are only charged a one-time shipping fee. Only the 48 States are eligible for flat-rate shipping.

On marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or others, we calculate rates based on your zip code.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and other outlining territories, calculated shipping will apply. Please see the item description for more info.

We may restrict shipping to certain states based on the laws of that state or if a distributor does not ship there. This usually applies to items like personal security or safety.

Be advised: Not all products listed here can be sold and shipped internationally. Placing an order with us does not guarantee you will be able to return the product either. Some manufacturers have strict policies.

We offer USPS International Priority calculated based on weight, size, and location. Some countries will be restricted, not only by USPS but by our distributors as well. You will have to order to know whether a restriction applies.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days no refunds will be issued.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that wouldn't qualify for a return would be those in blister packs or items that could be deemed unsellable.
  • Special Order items may not be returned.
  • Opened and/or unsealed products are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • My distributor is in control of refunds for producrs you return. They determine original packing condition, and restocking viability. A restocking fee of up to 25% maybe deducted from your orginal purchase price.
  • All shipping costs will not be refunded.


  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Send proof of your order, a brief description, and a clear picture of the items that you received. We will make it right.
  • If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, you can contact us through email. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quickly.


  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


  • Typically, most products will come with a 1 year manufactures warranty. If a product has no manufactures warranty or the warranty period is longer than 1 year we post it in the item's description. Be sure to retain any original packaging and warranty certificates/cards when buying new items.
